Wedding & event DJ questions
Do you take breaks?
No! In contrast to a band, we keep the party going from start to finish with no stops.
Do you mix your music?
Yes — that’s what sets us apart. We don’t rely on automix; we live beat-mix every song on industry-standard Pioneer controllers to keep the energy flowing, much like a club DJ.
How loud do you play your music?
We soundcheck with a decibel meter so the loudest point is never harsh. During cocktails and dinner we play background music so guests can talk, then angle speakers toward the dance floor when it’s time to dance.
Can we have a “do not play” list and request songs?
Yes to both. You can provide a do-not-play list, and we take client and guest requests through our online portal.
What areas do you serve?
We’re based in Glenville, NY and cover Albany, Saratoga Springs, Schenectady, Troy, Clifton Park, Lake George and the greater Capital Region.
