On-site support for the DJ team
How Sheila and our team support your event
A great event takes more than a great DJ. Our support team handles the planning, logistics and details behind every NWN event, so you can relax and enjoy the day.
One team, start to finish
From your first inquiry to the last song, the same small, family-run team is behind your event. You always know who to call, and we always know the details of your day.
Planning made simple
Our online planning portal keeps your timeline, song requests, do-not-play list and special moments in one place, and our team checks in so nothing slips through the cracks.
Organized before the event
Contracts, payments, venue details and load-in times are confirmed well ahead of time, so your DJ arrives knowing exactly where to go and what to expect.
Extra hands on event day
On bigger events our support team helps with setup, lighting and photos so your DJ can stay focused on the music and the dance floor.
Your event, captured
We share photos and video from events on our social media, so you and your guests can relive the night and see the party from a new angle.
Here after the party
Questions after your event, a review to share, or planning your next celebration? Our team is still here and happy to help.

What every NWN event includes
Every NWN DJ has their own style, but every event we do follows the same standards. Whoever you book, here is what you can count on.
We mix every song live
No automix, no playlists on shuffle. Every NWN DJ beat-mixes live, so songs blend seamlessly and the energy never drops.
We read the room
We watch the dance floor all night and adjust in real time, whether that means moving to a throwback, speeding up, or giving guests a breather.
We plan it with you
Before your event we work with you behind the scenes through our online planning portal to build your must-play and do-not-play lists, your timeline and your special moments.
Guest requests, handled
Guests can request songs through our portal or at the booth, and we fit the right ones in without losing the flow.
Pro gear and backups
Every event gets professional sound, a wireless microphone and an LED light show, plus backup equipment and backup music on multiple devices.
Dressed for the event
We always show up looking our best: professional, polished and dressed to match the tone of your event. We arrive early, fully tested and ready.
