We work with schools, class advisors and student councils all year long. Here are answers to the questions we hear most when planning a prom, homecoming or school dance.
When do you arrive for school events?
For large school events like proms and homecomings we arrive two to three hours early, so sound and lighting are fully set up and tested before students walk in.
Do you play school-appropriate music?
Yes. We play clean, school-appropriate versions and keep the music fun and current, while respecting any guidelines your school or advisors give us.
Can students request songs?
Yes. Students can submit requests ahead of time through our online portal, and we take appropriate requests at the booth during the event.
What do you need from the venue or school?
Typically two dedicated power circuits for large dances and a six-foot table. We coordinate load-in and timing directly with your venue and advisors.
Do you provide lighting?
Every school event includes a full LED light show synced to the music, and we offer upgraded lighting packages for proms and bigger events.
How do we book our school?
Use the Request Information button with your date, venue and expected attendance. We confirm availability and send options that fit your budget.
